We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX)
- Business Checks
- Money Orders
- Certified Checks
The default payment terms for all first time customers is due on receipt. Customers requiring NET 30 terms must file a credit application. All equipment purchases must be paid in advance. Labor on projects of less than $1500.00 will be invoiced. Labor on projects greater than $1500.00 will require a 50% upfront payment.
Returned checks will be assessed a $50.00 fee.
After 30 days past due, invoices will be assessed a $20.00 late fee and 1.5% fee per month.
All products sold by Ariatek have warranties provided by the equipment manufacturer. For certain products, Ariatek may provide a written warranty.
The return of defective products to the manufacturer will be handled by Ariatek if the defect is discovered upon installation. The return of products for any other reason than defect will require the item in original packaging with all accessories and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
